Found some silver bars, are these genuine?
I found them on eBay ... they got Sheffield hallmark .. everything seems ok just want confirmation to make sure that nothing is suspicious. I would greatly appreciate any information.

The seller has 581 transactions with 100% positive feedback and has been with Ebay since 2004. Those are good signs that he might be honest. Those things are actually more important than guessing about the product he offers.
The bar looks like a silver bar should look. The price sucks. That is almost 50% more than the market value. Find something else.
Everybody guesses at the future of silver, some up and some down. Silver routinely does things nobody expected. Everybody agrees on one thing: silver will go up a lot, maybe to $180 or more, probably in 2016 but maybe as late as 2018, and it might drag on to 2025. If you pay spot you can expect 180/40 = 450% growth. If you buy that bar it will be 60/180 = 300% growth.
I am told that you pay 20% tax on silver. I would not pay 20% tax for any reason. I would buy untaxed gold instead.
