Chicken soup recipe VEGGIE?
I would like to make a soup with a whole chicken, organic chicken broth and / or bars if necessary, potatoes, onions, carrots, peas, corn, celery, tomato, and possibly some kind of pumpkin. I have no idea what order or at what stage of adding these elements. Please help! Ps I do not use much cream or butter. Recipes with potatoes instead of rice would also be considered. Even if you do not have the complete recipe, but have a good idea when you add things that would be great! Pps corn and peas are canned everything else would be new. Tomatoes may be of any way. Oooooh .... and mushrooms!
Warm chicken and vegetable soup hot until Friday night with this soup - the winner of the recipe for this week's food fight soup. Ingredients (serves 6) * 2 tablespoons olive oil * 1 leek, halved, washed, thinly sliced * 2 cloves garlic, minced * 1 large carrot, peeled, diced * 2 stalks celery, diced * 2 small zucchini, diced * 1 turnip or rape, peeled, diced 1 1 / 4 cups soup mix dried, rinsed (see note) * 8 cups chicken broth * 1 kg skinless chicken legs beautiful Method 1. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Add the leek and garlic. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until soft but not colored. Add the carrots, celery, zucchini and Swedish. Cook for 2 minutes. Add soup mix, chicken broth and 1 cup of cold water. Increase heat to high. Bring to the boil. 2. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, partially covered, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour or until soup mix and vegetables are tender. 3 paws Remove chicken soup. Allow to cool slightly. Remove meat from bones. Some cut the chicken and add to soup. Season with salt and pepper. Ladle the hot soup into bowls. Serve. Notes * Mix a package of dry soup is a combination of peas and lentils.
