I have to make a sauce for my dish and I'm not at home and are limited to spices. I have no beef in the bowl (slabs) what could replace? Can I only brown flour and add salt and pepper? Any person who add to the tomato soup before your stew?
You could use musroom soup cream sauce or soup. you do not want to use tomato soup unless you had tomatoes in the pot. The juices from the pan and cream soup with browned flour will do fine.
